RF Microneedling.
Collagen induction therapy.

It's the texture only you notice, in the ten-times magnifying mirror, in the wrong light, in a photo you'd rather delete. The pores, the fine crepiness, the old acne scars that never fully left. Microneedling asks your skin to rebuild itself from underneath, and radiofrequency makes it work harder.
The surface reorganises.
Controlled micro-injuries trigger your skin to lay down fresh collagen and elastin. Over weeks, the texture you kept catching in the mirror softens.
Scars fill from below.
Old acne scarring and enlarged pores respond to being rebuilt rather than resurfaced off the top. The change is structural, so it holds.
It reads as your skin, better.
Not tighter in an obvious way, not shiny or done. Just skin that looks like it's in good condition, because it now is.
The mechanism, briefly. Fine needles create controlled micro-channels in the skin, and radiofrequency energy delivers heat at a set depth beneath the surface. Together they trigger your body's wound-healing response, which lays down new collagen and elastin over the next few weeks. The channels close within hours; the rebuilding continues for months.
Smoother is
a slow verb.
Nothing about real texture change is instant. It's your own collagen rebuilding over weeks, which is exactly why it lasts.
Acne scars
Enlarged pores
Fine lines
Uneven texture
Stretch marks
Early skin laxity
The work happens below the surface.
This is the difference between microneedling and a facial. A facial cleans and refreshes the top. Microneedling reaches the layer where collagen actually lives, which is why the result is structural and lasting.

The machine behind the needle.
Not all microneedling is the same machine. We chose the Potenza, built by Jeisys Medical and the first four-mode RF microneedling device cleared by the FDA. Four modes means the energy is shaped to your skin and your concern rather than delivered one way for everyone.
Its bipolar modes concentrate energy near the surface, where texture and pores live. Its monopolar modes carry heat deeper for firming through soft tissue coagulation. Delivered at 1 or 2 MHz, that range lets your provider treat shallow and deep in the same session, on the same system.
Semi-insulated Tiger Tip needles treat more tissue with every pass, and the platform is cleared for all skin types, anywhere on the body, at any time of year - summer included. Which is more than most energy devices can say.
Four RF modes
Monopolar or bipolar, at 1 or 2 MHz. The first FDA-cleared four-mode system.
Deep or shallow, one device
Monopolar modes carry heat deep for firming. Bipolar modes work the surface, where texture lives.
Tiger Tip needles
Semi-insulated needles treat more tissue per pass.
All skin types
Cleared for fair through deep skin tones.
Anywhere on the body
Face, neck, and body areas alike.
Any time of year

The surface refines first. Texture and pores respond earliest.
Session 3
Scarring and deeper texture begin visibly softening.
Session 4
For acne scarring and stretch marks that need the extra round.
Maintenance
Keeps remodeling ahead of ordinary aging.
Assessment and numbing.
We evaluate your skin and concern, then apply topical numbing so the treatment is comfortable.
The pass.
The device is moved across the treatment area, delivering channels and radiofrequency at a depth set for your skin. Most sessions take under an hour.
Immediately after.
Skin looks flushed, like a mild sunburn, for a day or so. This is expected.
The rebuild.
Over the next weeks your skin lays down new collagen. Results build across a series.
What to expect
45 minutes with numbing cream. Feels like light sandpaper vibration rather than pain. Your face will be red when you leave.
Results and downtime
Redness for 24 to 48 hours, then a glow around day 3 to 5. Collagen results build over 4 to 6 weeks. A series of 3 sessions delivers the results the before-and-afters promise; one session delivers a good week of skin.
Real results.

Who it suits, and who it doesn't.
Microneedling is excellent for texture and wrong for some skin situations, and a real consult sorts which is which before we treat.
A good fit if
- You have uneven texture, enlarged pores, or fine crepiness.
- You have old acne scarring you want softened.
- You want gradual, natural improvement from your own collagen.
- You can commit to a short series for best results.
- You're willing to protect the skin and stay out of the sun after.
Not the right treatment for
- Active acne breakouts or a current skin infection.
- A tendency to keloid or raised scarring.
- Recent isotretinoin use, or certain skin conditions. We'll ask.
- Anyone pregnant.
- Anyone expecting a single session to erase deep scarring. It softens, it isn't magic.
Common questions.
Early smoothing in a few weeks, with the real change building over three to six months as collagen remodels. It's a series, not a single visit.
They can't reach the depth that matters and they carry a real infection risk without sterile cartridges. Our devices are medical-grade and the cartridge is single-use. This is one to leave to a provider.
Numbing cream goes on first, and most people describe the session as a light sandpaper vibration rather than pain. The redness afterward feels like a mild sunburn.
Different layers. A facial cleans and refreshes the surface; microneedling reaches the dermis, where collagen actually lives. One maintains good skin, the other rebuilds it.
Yes. Your own platelet-rich plasma can be micro-channeled in during the session, which supports the healing the treatment triggers. It takes a face session to $1,100.
Skip retinoids and chemical peels for a few days beforehand, and come in with clean, makeup-free skin. Tell us about any medications, including recent isotretinoin. We confirm the rest at your consult.
It reads as your skin,
