LED Light Therapy.
Painless. Effective on its own, faster in a plan.

It's the one that doesn't announce itself. No needles, no downtime, no drama, just a quiet thirty minutes under medical-grade light that does real work on its own, and speeds up everything else when you pair it.
Different colours do different jobs.
Red light supports collagen and calms. Blue light targets the bacteria behind breakouts. Near-infrared reaches deeper to soothe. The wavelength is matched to your concern.
It works by adding up.
One session feels like a pleasant rest. The results build over a course of regular, longer sessions, which is how light delivers on its own.
It also speeds up a plan.
Run it after microneedling or a facial and it calms the skin and supports recovery, so the rest of your plan settles faster.
The mechanism, briefly. Specific wavelengths of light are absorbed by cells in the skin and prompt a mild biological response: red and near-infrared support collagen and calm inflammation, blue light disrupts acne-causing bacteria. There's no heat injury and no downtime, which is why it's cumulative rather than dramatic.
Light that does
the work.
On its own, over a series of longer sessions, it improves skin and fine lines, supports hair growth, eases pain, and helps with body contouring. Alongside other treatments, it works faster.
Light, matched to the concern.
Painless, cumulative, and chosen for what your skin actually needs that day.
We choose the wavelength.
Red and near-infrared to calm and support collagen, blue to target breakouts. Your concern sets the colour.
You rest under the panel.
Around thirty minutes beneath a medical-grade LED array. Warm, quiet, nothing to feel but the pause.
The skin responds gently.
Cells absorb the light and respond over hours and days. No redness, no recovery, nothing to hide.
The machine behind the light.
The panel we chose is the Celluma ELITE, a Class II FDA-cleared medical device built on light-therapy research that began at NASA. It delivers three clinically studied wavelengths: blue at 465 nanometers, red at 640, and near-infrared at 880.
Each wavelength earns its place. Blue light kills the bacteria that drive breakouts at the surface. Red light activates the fibroblast cells that produce collagen and elastin. Near-infrared reaches deepest, easing inflammation and supporting circulation in muscle and joint tissue.
What the light actually does happens inside the cell. Photons are absorbed in the mitochondria, and the resulting rise in ATP, the cell's energy currency, powers the work of repair, regeneration, and new cell growth. Compromised cells get more energy, and performance improves naturally.
The ELITE's panel is Celluma's patented shape-taking design. It molds close to the face or body because light intensity falls off sharply with distance, and closeness is what delivers the studied dose at safe power. Thirty minutes is the optimal session, whatever faster promises you may have read. It is cleared for acne, wrinkles, and pain, and every session here runs under medical oversight.
Administered by a clinical provider or clinical aesthetician under medical oversight.
Not self-serve, not unsupervised. A provider sets your wavelengths and treatment time, every session.

Real results.

Who it suits, and who it doesn't.
LED is safe for almost everyone. On its own, over a series of longer sessions, it improves skin and fine lines, supports hair growth, eases pain, and helps with body contouring, and it makes other treatments work faster when you pair it.
A good fit if
- You want a gentle, no-downtime addition to your routine.
- You're recovering from microneedling or a facial and want to calm the skin.
- You have mild breakouts or redness and want ongoing support.
- You'll commit to a course rather than expecting one session to do it.
- You like a treatment you can have on any schedule.
Not the right treatment for
- Anyone expecting LED alone to replace injectables, lasers, or peels. It won't, and we'll say so.
- Certain photosensitive conditions or medications. We'll ask.
- Active use of specific light-sensitising drugs.
- Anyone expecting one dramatic session. LED builds its results over a series.
- A history of epilepsy or seizures.
- Treatment over a pregnant belly, though facial sessions are fine.
- Anyone with active cancer, without clearance from your doctor first.
Common questions.
LED works by accumulation. A single session is pleasant but subtle; the visible results build over a course of regular, longer sessions.
Neither. It's warm and painless, and you walk right back to your day.
That's chosen for you. Red supports collagen and calms, blue targets the bacteria behind breakouts, and near-infrared reaches deepest to soothe. Your provider sets the wavelength to your concern, every session.
Yes, for $75. We often run it after microneedling or a facial to calm the skin and speed recovery, and it's just as effective on its own over a series.
Yes. Photobiomodulation is supported by thousands of peer-reviewed studies across fifty years, spanning skin aging, acne, hair growth, pain, and body contouring. The results are steady and cumulative, built over a series.
