Dermal Fillers.
Volume restored, contour refined.

Time takes volume from precise places. The temple that hollows, the cheek that slides a little south, the shadow under the eye that no concealer reaches. Filler puts volume back where time took it.
Light comes back to the right places.
The cheek that used to catch light had quietly flattened. Restore a little structure there and the face lifts on its own, without touching a thing below it.
The shadows soften, and you stop looking exhausted.
The hollow under the eye, the crease framing the mouth. These read as tired or stern to everyone but you.
You still look like you.
Filler face happens when volume gets chased instead of considered. We treat the face as one thing, and we stop early on purpose.
The mechanism, briefly. Most of our fillers are hyaluronic acid, a sugar your skin already makes and loses with age. Placed in the right plane it restores volume and draws in water. If you ever dislike a result, most of it can be dissolved.
The best filler is
the one nobody notices.
Not bigger. Not sculpted. Just no longer tired-looking in a way you couldn't name.

Medical providers, not technicians.
Every filler injection at Aether is performed by a medical provider trained in facial anatomy, vascular safety, and when to say no.
Conservative by design.
We build in layers across visits when appropriate, rather than overfilling in a single session. Restraint is part of the craft.
FDA-approved product, every time.

A real consultation.
We look at your whole face, at rest and moving, and map where a small amount does the most. You'll leave knowing what we'd treat, roughly how much, and what it costs.
Comfort first.
Most of our fillers contain lidocaine, and we can add numbing cream. A fine cannula in the right hands means less bruising than most people expect.
Placed, then assessed.
We treat, sit you up, and look again in natural light. Small and symmetric beats fast every time.
Settling.
Mild swelling for a day or two. The true result reads at about two weeks.
What to expect
30 to 45 minutes. Numbing cream first, and most modern fillers contain lidocaine, so discomfort stays low. Some swelling is normal and expected.
Results and downtime
Results are visible immediately, settle fully within 2 weeks, and last 6 to 18 months depending on product and area. Expect possible swelling or bruising for a few days; plan filler at least 2 weeks before big events.
Who it suits, and who it doesn't.
Filler is right for some concerns and wrong for others, and the honest version of this conversation happens during your consult.
A good fit if
- A specific area has lost volume or definition with age.
- You want subtle restoration and you're comfortable starting small.
- You'd rather build over two visits than overfill in one.
- You want a reversible option while you decide how far to go.
Not the right treatment for
- Lines that come only from muscle movement. That's a neurotoxin conversation.
- Loose or sagging skin that needs tightening or lifting, not volume.
- Sun damage, texture, or pigment. Those are resurfacing treatments.
- Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding.
- An active skin infection at the site, or a known reaction to a previous filler.
Common questions.
That's what your consult is for. Area, depth, how much movement it needs, and how long you want it to last all narrow it quickly.
Some swelling is normal for a day or two. Bruising is possible and usually small.
Start conservative, treat the face as a whole, and go to someone willing to tell you no.
Only the hyaluronic acid fillers are reversible. Radiesse and Sculptra are not, which is why we tend to start people on hyaluronic acid unless there is a clear reason not to.
